Vibhuti’s practice focuses on Trade Mark, Copyright and Design prosecution including oppositions and cancellations. She has also worked on prosecuting international applications filed through the World Intellectual Property Organization and has experience conducting trade mark and proprietor search on ipindia, EUIPO (including TM class), USPTO, UKIPO, WIPO (Global Brand Database). She also has experience in drafting of Agreements such as NDA, Author Agreement, Distributor Agreement, Copyright Licensing Agreements, Non-Binding Offer, Non-Compete Agreement, Model & Location Release etc.

She regularly counsels clients on both advisory and contested matters, in the apparel, luxury goods, automobile, pharmaceutical, professional sports, technology, and retail industries.
